The Process Communication Model Coaching Training and Agreement

This training is open to any professional coach who has previous coaching training and is a member of a coach’s network. It allows authorized coaches to use PPI’s for their individual coaching 

The 7 day program includes:

• Module 1: 3 days Process Communication Management Seminar - the Basics. The base seminar is a required part of the training, even if a similar training was done in the past.
• Module 2: 3 days Advanced Seminar. This module is common for the trainings leading to the Coaching or Recruiting Agreements.
• Agreement day (Optional for the Candidate Trainers): The Agreement Day includes a Knowledge Test and several Case studies.

The final agreement is received after three individual coaching sessions with a PPI followed by supervision by a certified trainer authorized by KCE.
